The location of the hotel is marvelous, just a 10-15 minute walk from Madame Tussauds New York. the staff, from management to the front desk, are fairly friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

How to turn off the bedside lights. When I asked reception they did not know either. They offered to send someone up but it was late at night.

The location is fantastic for getting to LaGuardia airport, only a 20-minute drive away, and the staff were very helpful.

The location was great, staff all shifts were helpful, politie and attentive to any request.
Not able to make hot tea or coffee in the morning or late afternoons. A hot pot should be standard in each room. Desciption a little misleading, the view was not really good at all, especially for an executive room with a city view.
